Purchase one or multiple of the qualifying Clean & Clear® products from Tesco, online or in store between 08.09.21 and 19.10.21.

If 28 days after purchase you don’t love the results, fill in the money back guarantee claim form on the www.cleanandclear.co.uk/28daychallenge website (here), provide proof of purchase via an itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying Clean & Clear® product(s) you purchased, the price you paid for it/them, the retailer you bought it/them from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
You have up to six weeks from purchase to make a claim. Claims received less than 28 days from purchase, or more than six weeks from purchase will not be processed.
The offer applies to UK residents only, excluding ROI, IOM, and Channel Islands, who are 18 years or over, except employees and their families of Johnson & Johnsons Limited subsidiary companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with this promotion.
You can still make a claim provided you have purchased the qualifying Clean & Clear® product(s) during the promotion period and you follow the steps in the “How do I claim?” question. It doesn’t matter if the qualifying Clean & Clear® product(s) were on a price promotion or discounted. You will be refunded the price paid for the qualifying product(s), taking into account any promotional offer, up to a maximum purchase value of £10.00.
If you don’t love the results, you can submit a claim 28 days after purchase. You have up to six weeks after the date of purchase to make the claim. Claims received outside of this timeframe will not be accepted.
Proof of purchase
You must keep the following as proof of purchase:
- Itemised store or online valid receipt showing the qualifying Clean & Clear® product(s) you purchased, the price you paid for it/them, the retailer you bought it/them from and the date of the purchase within the promotion period.
Please note that some receipts may show the date on the reverse and therefore it may be necessary to upload more than one receipt image.
Receipt images must be uploaded in .png, .jpeg or .pdf format.
Any altered or tampered receipt will be deemed invalid and cannot be used as part of a claim.
If you submit a valid claim, you will receive money back for the qualifying Clean & Clear® product(s) purchased, up to a maximum amount of £10, via your chosen method of refund. Please ensure the details you enter on your claim form are correct.
If the rest of your claim is valid, but you the bank details you provided were incomplete or invalid, you will be emailed, and your postal address details will be requested. The refund will be then awarded in the form of a sterling cheque (GBP) made payable to you within 28 days of you providing your postal address.
If the refund is awarded via cheque, you are responsible for ensuring the cheque is cashed before its expiry date.
You will get the amount listed on your proof of purchase, taking into account any promotional offer, provided it is £10.00 or less.If the amount listed on your proof of purchase exceeds £10.00, you will receive £10.00.
You can submit only one claim per household during the promotion period. If multiple qualifying Clean & Clear® products are purchased and you wish to make a claim in respect of multiple products, you can list up to 5 qualifying products on your claim form. Any successful claim will receive up to a maximum of £10.00.
You will receive the funds through bank transfer to the bank account specified in the claim form, or through a cheque sent to the address indicated on the claim form, typically within 28 days of the date of submission of a valid claim.
